Sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019une technologie ad\u00e9quate, le recyclage des b\u00e9tons issus de la d\u00e9construction et des retours chantiers permet simultan\u00e9ment de r\u00e9employer les granulats sans d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de leur qualit\u00e9, et de valoriser le potentiel de captation de CO2 de la p\u00e2te de ciment r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e, avant de la r\u00e9utiliser dans le b\u00e9ton neuf. Le b\u00e9ton recycl\u00e9 est ainsi totalement valoris\u00e9 pour produire du b\u00e9ton neuf sans d\u00e9gradation de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-panoramas-alternative-background p-8 mb-3 rounded-4xl mb-8 bg-futur-green-600 text-neutral-100\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectifs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet CIRCO2BETON vise \u00e0 mettre au point un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de recyclage en boucle ferm\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle, en s\u2019appuyant sur des exp\u00e9rimentations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de pilotes dans les centres de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet permettra :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De traiter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 100&nbsp;000 t\/an de b\u00e9tons de fin de vie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De produire 55 000t de gravillons recycl\u00e9s et 35&nbsp;000 t de sable recycl\u00e9 par an<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De valoriser 10 000t\/an de fines recycl\u00e9es dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 cimentier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u2019effectuer des \u00e9conomies de CO2 de l\u2019ordre de 10 000 tCO2\/an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":350,"template":"","tax_axes":[8],"class_list":["post-349","cpt_projets","type-cpt_projets","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tax_axes-axe-2"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_projets\/349","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_projets"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/cpt_projets"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/350"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=349"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"tax_axes","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/solutionsindustriedufutur.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tax_axes?post=349"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
